This is a very pretty Electric Blue Synthetic Quartz stone the color of Ceylon blue sapphire that I cut in Nancy Attaway's "Emerald Glitter" Design. This gem is 7.8X5.6X5mm and weighs 1.5 carats. Synthetic Quartz has the same properties as Natural Quartz but is man made and measures 7 on the Moh's hardness scale. It can be set in rings, bracelets or any piece of jewelry without fear of it being damaged. This stone will fit a deep 8X6mm rectangle setting.
